Matthew Mailloux is an experienced supply chain professional with expertise in management and optimization across various sectors. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Delaney Hardware since May 2023, Matthew leads SIOP, Planning, Sourcing, and Buying, while developing the overall Supply Chain strategy. Previously at Halocarbon, Matthew directed the Supply Chain function, focusing on key areas such as forecasting and global procurement. Matthew's earlier roles at Avery Dennison included Continuous Improvement Manager, overseeing Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and Business Unit Manager, providing leadership for multiple teams. Matthew’s extensive career also encompasses logistics and supply chain roles at General Mills and Daimler Chrysler, featuring responsibilities that ranged from capacity planning to production scheduling. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
