Louise Deffains currently serves as Chargée Mission des Ressources Humaines at BISCUITS DELACRE since September 2023, focusing on budget management, recruitment of national and international interns, internal communication, and onboarding processes. Previously, Louise held the role of Assistante Droit Social at Ferrero, where responsibilities included implementing institutional representative bodies and overseeing training for elected personnel. Earlier experience includes a position at BISCUITS DELACRE as Chargé de mission ressources humaines and a 10-week internship at SCP MANDATEAM. Louise has also worked as a Preparatrice de commande at Sisley Paris. Educational qualifications include a Master 1 in human resources from PPA Business School and a Bachelor in human resources from INEAD.
