Roberts Graudins is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering, operations, and travel management. Currently serving as the Category Director for ROCKSHOX at SRAM, LLC, Roberts has also held roles as Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement Lead. Prior experience includes working as an Engineer for the City of Seattle and as a Travel Agent/Program Manager for USA Student Travel. Roberts holds an MBA in General Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University.
