Tom Johnson has extensive experience in the field of consumer insights and analytics. Tom is currently working at Jack in the Box as the Sr. Director of Consumer Insights & Analytics. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Del Taco, where they were responsible for establishing and managing the entire strategic insights department. Tom also worked at Lieberman Research Worldwide, where they played a key role in spurring business unit growth and launching a new company branch.
