Jack Hartley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jack started their career in 2004 as an Independent Contractor in the Exhibitions Department of the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, where they handled the installation and transport of art. In 2005, they became a Project Coordinator at Vanderbilt University, managing a semester-long project and exhibition. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Program Coordinator in Development and Alumni Relations at Vanderbilt, performing statistical research and supporting fundraising efforts. In 2010, they were a Summer Associate at CapControls, LLC, where they developed marketing strategies and coordinated website and sales materials improvements. Moving into the consumer goods industry, they joined Procter & Gamble in 2011 as an Assistant Brand Manager for Gillette Venus and later Old Spice. In these roles, they managed retail strategy and product performance analysis. Jack then joined Ocean Spray Cranberries in 2013 as a Brand Manager focused on customer marketing. In 2015, they transitioned to Del Monte Foods, Inc., starting as a Senior Brand Manager before progressing to Director of Sales Strategy & Planning and then Senior Director of Customer Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Snacking Business at Del Monte Foods, Inc.
Jack Hartley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History at Vanderbilt University from 2000 to 2004. Jack later pursued further education at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, obtaining an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Strategy from 2009 to 2011.
