Eric Pineau has over 30 years of work experience in various IT leadership roles. Eric started their career as an Engineer in Research and Development at Mikros Technologies in 1988. Eric then worked as the IT Director at SIMOG from 1991 to 1997. Following that, they joined Sodexo as the DSI from 1997 to 2002 and then at ADA LOCATION from 2002 to 2005. Pineau then worked at DEKRA Automotive France as the DSI from 2005 to 2012. Eric continued their career at DEKRA as the Regional IT Director for France, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco from 2012 to 2014. Eric then became the DSI at DEKRA France from 2014 to 2015. Throughout their career, Pineau has been involved in budget management, IT governance, project management, and negotiation of IT contracts.

Eric Pineau attended lycee Buffon from an unknown start year to 1983, where they obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Sciences. Subsequently, they studied at ESME from 1984 to 1988 and earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mechanical Engineering.
