Jared Chavez is a highly experienced Senior Character Artist currently working at Firewalk Studios since January 2023. In addition to this role, Jared serves as a Character Art Mentor at Think Tank Training Centre and as an Instructor for Texturing for Games in Substance at CGMA | Computer Graphics Master Academy. With a strong background as a 3D Artist at Dekogon since November 2017, Jared also undertook freelance 3D artistry from November 2015. Previous positions include Senior Character Artist at Turtle Rock Studios and 3D Artist at Northrop Grumman. Jared's education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Film and Digital Media from The University of New Mexico, supplemented by mentorship with Glauco Longhi and training at CG Masters Academy.
