Jörg Boysen has extensive work experience in the investment industry. Jörg began their career in 2001 as a Portfoliomanager at Deka Investment and held this position until 2005. Jörg then joined Union Investment as a Portfoliomanager until 2012. In 2012, they returned to Deka Investment and took on various roles including Head of Equities / Global, Head of Equities, and Head of Equity and Fixed Income Portfoliomanagement. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Investment Officer & Head of Portfolio Management (fundamental) at Deka Investment, which they assumed in July 2020.

Jörg Boysen obtained a Diplom degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre (quantitativ) from Kiel University, where they studied from 1992 to 1999.
