Rishika Saini currently serves as an AI Software Engineer at the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) | BioFabUSA since July 2023 and has held the position of Control Systems Engineer - Medical Device at DEKA Research & Development since July 2020. Previous experience includes a Graduate Researcher role at Arizona State University, focusing on neural network architectures and LiDAR sensor data, and a Research Intern position at the Central Scientific Instruments Organization, where Rishika developed an Arduino-based blood glucose meter prototype. Additional internships include analyzing building technology systems at Siemens and conducting research on structural health monitoring techniques using piezoelectric sensors. Rishika holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University.
