Joshua Filgate is a skilled Systems Engineer with extensive experience in engineering roles across various companies. Since January 2017, Joshua has been contributing to DEKA Research & Development. Previously, Joshua co-owned and crafted custom snowboards at Filgate and Kuhn Fabrications LLC from July 2011 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Product Lead and Systems Engineer at ARC-energy from October 2010 to November 2016, focusing on sapphire single crystal growth equipment, and as Systems & Advanced Development Engineer at Protonex from January 2007 to September 2010, specializing in electrochemical devices. Joshua's engineering foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, obtained in 2007, following a co-op experience at GE - Aviation Systems.
