Heather MacLauchlan is an accomplished professional with a strong background in biomedical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Test Manager and Senior V & V Test Engineer at DEKA Research & Development since November 2022, Heather previously worked as a Project Engineer at Helen of Troy from June 2019 to November 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Junior Varsity Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach for Westford Academy Girls Lacrosse, with a focus on defensive units and goaltending, from February 2018 to June 2021, and as an Engineer at Intertek from September 2017 to May 2019. Heather earned a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where research efforts included a project at Boston University School of Medicine assessing arterial stiffness in mice.
