Irene Scavello is an accomplished medical specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics, currently serving at Toscana ASL Centro since July 2020. Scavello has been pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on gender medicine at the Università degli Studi di Firenze since November 2018. Having extensive clinical experience, Scavello has worked as a gynecologist since March 2013 and collaborated with DEKA Laser Technologies, Inc. since 2013 on the MonnaLisa Touch initiative. Previous positions include a research fellowship at AOU Careggi from July 2016 to July 2020 and a residency at Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria Careggi Firenze from March 2008 to March 2013. Scavello’s educational background includes a Master's in Andrology and Sexual Medicine and a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
