David (Walter) Anderson has a diverse work experience. David (Walter) started their career as a Partner at Next of Kin Media in 2006 and worked there until 2013. David (Walter) then joined Anderson Yeats in 2011 as an Associate, where they specialized in providing legal services for the creative and IT industries. In 2013, they moved to Cullinan & Associates and held roles as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate until 2018. Since 2018, David has been working at Deimos, first as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Legal Officer and currently as the Chief Legal Officer/Head of Partnerships.

David (Walter) Anderson's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. David (Walter) pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and completed their studies in 2010.

In pursuit of further specialization, David attended the University of Cape Town from 2012 to 2012, where they completed a Practical Legal Training (PLT) program.

Continuing their academic journey, David returned to the University of Cape Town in 2014 and pursued a Master's degree specializing in Environmental Law (LLM). David (Walter) completed their studies in 2015.

Aside from their formal education, David obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In March 2021, they received accreditation as an AWS Partner in the field of Business from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
