Marko Josifoski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marjan 'Marko' joined Deichmann UK in 2014 as a Regional Sales and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing the operational aspects of 50+ city and local stores and achieving performance targets. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Head of Sales Operations - UK.

Prior to Deichmann UK, Josifoski worked at Lidl as a Regional Training Manager from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they led the recruitment and selection process for management training programs and assessed candidates' abilities. Marjan 'Marko' also provided shadowing opportunities for selected candidates.

Before Lidl, Josifoski worked at Lidl UK from 2006 to 2014. Marjan 'Marko' started as an Internal Audit Manager, focusing on minimizing inventory loss within a 65-store portfolio. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Area Manager, where they successfully managed high-profile regions and achieved significant increases in productivity. Marjan 'Marko''saccomplishments also included improving staff attrition rates.

Josifoski's early career includes a role as an Investment Representative/Economic Attaché at the British Macedonian Chambers of Commerce. In this position from 2005 to 2006, they worked on behalf of the Macedonian Government to attract major companies and independent investors to invest in Macedonia. Marjan 'Marko' played a significant role in introducing five major British companies to the Macedonian marketplace.

Marjan 'Marko' Josifoski completed their International Business degree at St. Cyril and Methodius University, Macedonia from 1997 to 2003. In 2004, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kingston University, which they finished in 2005. Later, in 2010, they enrolled in a PhD program at St. Cyril and Methodius University, Macedonia, focusing on Crisis Management Strategy within Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises.
