Klaasjan te Voortwis is an experienced Cloud Innovation Architect and Engineer at Belastingdienst since October 2018, with extensive expertise in software engineering and architecture acquired through various roles from 1996 onwards. As the owner of TIKC B.V. and a Software Engineer and Architect at Déhora Consultancy Group, Klaasjan has consistently contributed to software development and architectural design. Prior positions at Belastingdienst include software engineer/technical architect and senior software professional, while prior experience also encompasses lead software engineer and technical architect roles at Inkasso Unie, as well as senior software engineering positions at EzGov, IBS, and Chronotech. Klaasjan holds an educational background from the University of Twente, where studies took place between 1992 and 1994.
