Braiden Jones has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as a Student Concessions Lead at Utah State University, where they managed inventory and store operations. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Residential Dorm Supervisor at Logan River Academy, providing support to students in a structured environment.

In 2013, Braiden joined TimeClick - Hawkeye Technology Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, troubleshooting software issues and assisting customers with network setups, data management, sales, and E-commerce. Braiden then moved on to InComm in 2015 as a Technical Support Engineer, ensuring the smooth operation of a large platform serving pre-paid products and maintaining data security.

Starting in 2016, Braiden worked at Centeva as a Data Analyst, collaborating on various contracts and using tools such as SQL, SSMS, SSRS, ETL, and Visual Studio. In 2018, they became the Owner of Jones Technology, providing consulting services to clients and adapting quickly to different projects.

In 2019, Braiden became an IT & Data Manager at AAR, overseeing data and reporting systems in the PMO and optimizing data analysis processes. Braiden then joined Degreed in 2020 as a Database Escalation Engineer, collaborating with different teams to understand client needs and deepen their understanding of the product and architecture.

In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Azure SQL Database Level 6 from Degreed in November 2021, Transact-SQL Level 6 from Degreed in January 2021, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: SQL 2016 Database Development from Microsoft in March 2019, and Exam 761: Querying Data with Transact-SQL from Microsoft in December 2018.
