Mia Bušić has worked in various roles in the marketing and PR industry since 2015. Mia began their career at Degordian as a Marketing & PR Manager, then moved to a Marketing & PR Coordinator role. Mia then advanced to a Senior PR Manager role, followed by a PR Manager role, and then a Social Media Manager role. Mia also held a Junior Social Media Manager role and a Community Management Intern role at Degordian. In 2016, they took on the role of Co Lead at Debate team Velika Gorica. Mia also held a PR Intern role at Lidl Hrvatska d.o.o. k.d. in 2015, and a PR Assistant role at INmusic Festival in 2015.

Mia Bušić began their education in 2008 at Gimnazija Velika Gorica. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Centre for Croatian Studies University of Zagreb, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. During this time, they also studied at University of Navarra, where they are still pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2015, they returned to Centre for Croatian Studies University of Zagreb, where they earned their Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2019.
