Charles Lucasiewicz is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Project Engineer and Senior Product Development Engineer at DeGen Medical, Inc. since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading and contributing to the development of next-generation medical products. Prior to this, Charles held multiple engineering roles at Innovative Delta Technology from July 2015 to March 2019, including Biomechanical Project Engineer, where project management, testing protocol creation, and failure modes analysis were key duties. Charles also gained valuable skills during a Co-op role at Innovative Delta Technology, focusing on spinal implant and instrumentation design using SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a recent degree in CNC Operation, Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Trident Technical College.
