Maggie Yang is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and network management. Currently serving as the Back Office Manager at DEFY Media since January 2015, Maggie oversees daily operations, human resources, financial management, and budget planning for a team of over 20 members in the Shanghai office. Prior to this role, Maggie worked at China Telecom Shanghai Branch for nearly 14 years, where responsibilities included managing IP metropolitan area network projects, leading teams in VPN and voice over IP networks, and contributing to award-winning projects in network monitoring and quality control. Maggie holds multiple degrees in engineering and optical sciences from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, including a Master's degree in Optics/Optical Sciences.
