Shiva Ganju is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of IT Infrastructure for the Aerospace & Defence Group of Companies within Defsys Group since January 2021, Shiva previously led the HR function for Defsys Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Head-HR, India from January 2019. Shiva's earlier career includes significant HR leadership roles at GCP Applied Technologies and Continental Automotive, as well as HR Business Partner positions at Camfil and Bharti Airtel Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jammu.
