Louisa Willows is an experienced policy professional specializing in biodiversity and environmental conservation, currently serving as the Stakeholder Partnerships Team Leader within the Environment Partnerships Team at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since December 2018. Louisa has held various leadership roles, including Team Leader for interim wildlife reform and ecosystem markets policy, as well as co-leading Nature Day at COP26, and previously worked as a Senior Policy Advisor focusing on pollinator protection. Prior experience includes serving as a Novel Foods Policy Advisor at the Food Standards Agency, a Sustainable Development Policy Officer at RSPB, and an Assistant Programme Officer at UNEP-WCMC, where Louisa contributed to international biodiversity efforts and policy development. Louisa holds a Master of Science in Biodiversity and Conservation from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from The University of Sheffield.
