Jonathan Lockley

Jonathan Lockley has a diverse work experience in the field of procurement and commercial management. Jonathan is currently working as a Programme Procurement Lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Commercial Manager at Heathrow from July 2017 to July 2020, and as a Commercial Manager from August 2015 to July 2017. Jonathan also worked as an Associate Director at Turner & Townsend from June 2013 to August 2015, and at Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins from May 2012 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend from May 2006 to June 2012, as a Cost Manager at Pyments Ltd from 2004 to 2006, and as a Cost Manager at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd from 2000 to 2004. Overall, they have a strong background in procurement, commercial management, and cost management.

Jonathan Lockley attended Loughborough University from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a degree in Commercial Management with Quantity Surveying. In 2008, they obtained the MRICS certification from RICS. In August 2020, they obtained the Commercial Specialist Accreditation (A) from the Government Commercial Function.
