Lester Mema is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software development and business intelligence. Currently serving as Development Team Lead and previously as Senior BI Developer at ManTech Digital Transformation Consulting since October 2017, Lester has honed expertise in leading development teams and implementing effective BI solutions. Prior to this role, Lester worked as a Software Engineer at Hanger, Inc. from January 2013 to October 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
