Bengisu Sinir has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Bengisu started their career as an English Teacher at İngiliz Kültür Derneği Dil Okulları in 2017. Bengisu then interned as a Human Resources Intern at HAUS Centrifuge Technologies in 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Community Manager Intern at Noderix and as a Foreign Trade Intern at Özgörkey Gıda Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Bengisu also had a role as a Recruitment Intern at NextUp, where they gained experience in candidate research, interviewing, client relations, and proposal and invoice management. Their most recent position is as a Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcer at DefineX - Consulting, Technology & Labs, where they currently work. Additionally, they have held various roles within the DEU Business Club, including Human Resources Coordinator and Social Activity Coordinator, where they organized conferences and trainings related to human resources.

Bengisu Sinir pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Dokuz Eylul University from 2016 to 2022.
