Art D'Angelo serves as the Chief Operating Officer at defi SOLUTIONS since September 2022, focusing on transforming operations for lenders through a comprehensive suite of end-to-end solutions. Prior to this role, Art held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Fiserv from August 1998 to June 2022, contributing to information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial and insurance sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as Supervisor of Personal Lines Policy Service at Farmers Insurance from February 1993 to July 1998, where a significant achievement was the consolidation of service units across a two-state region. Art D'Angelo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Florida between 1984 and 1988.
