Nicole H has extensive legal experience in regulatory compliance, commercial and corporate law, currently serving as a Legal Ninja at deferit since December 2018. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions including Hiring Manager and Lawyer at the Financial Reporting Council, where responsibilities included data protection and commercial contract negotiation. Experience as a Legal Consultant at Superestate focused on commercial contracts and regulatory advice. Nicole also worked as a Lawyer at ASIC, overseeing the regulation of financial services licensees, and as an Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority, dealing with short selling and market abuse. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW.
