Mika Brown currently serves as a UX Researcher & Strategist at Defense Unicorns and previously held a position as a UX Researcher at HubSpot, where a significant contribution involved aggregating and coding over 600 insights from three years of UXR studies. Prior experience includes various roles at Zapier, such as leading the LGBT+ Employee Resource Group and conducting generative research that informed product roadmaps. Mika also worked as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Cvent, managing recruiting efforts across multiple offices, and gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at James Madison University. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from James Madison University and a High School Diploma from George C. Marshall High School.
