Matthew Carroll, MPA, is an experienced procurement analyst and contract specialist currently employed at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since September 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at the Defense Logistics Agency as a contract specialist from December 2016 to September 2021. Matthew began a career in education, serving as a teacher at Duval County Public Schools from August 2010 to April 2016, followed by a position at Prince William County Public Schools from April 2016 to December 2016. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting from Colorado State University Global and History from the University of Florida. Formal education culminated at First Coast High School.
