Chen-Yen Su currently serves as an Assessment Coordinator and Senior Engineer at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since July 2022. Previously, Chen-Yen Su held the position of General Engineer at Cherokee Nation Businesses from August 2020 to July 2022 and worked at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as an Engineer and Deputy Team Chief from July 2016 to October 2020. Chen-Yen Su's career in the United States Air Force spanned from August 2012 to July 2016, serving as Deputy Director of Installations for USAFCENT A7, Commander of the 386th Civil Engineer Squadron, and Deputy Chief Expeditionary Engineer. Earlier, Chen-Yen Su was Chief for Emergency Management Integration from July 2010 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineer Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology (2003-2005), a Master of Business Administration from Webster University (2001-2003), and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy (1993-1997).
