Amy Smith is an experienced budget and financial analyst currently serving as a Budget Analyst at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since June 2023. Prior to this role, Amy held positions as a Financial Analyst at Savantage Solutions and as an Analyst at MDC, LLC. From July 2017 to June 2019, Amy was a Program Analyst at the Pentagon, where responsibilities included data analysis and policy development for a $50 billion Department of Defense program. Amy's extensive experience in the US Navy included senior leadership roles, directing budgets and administrative functions, and implementing healthcare delivery systems. Amy holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from The George Washington University, a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Penn State University, and another Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Scranton.
