Chris Hunt has a strong background in identity management and development. Chris currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer and Chief of Development for Defense Technical Information Center, where they are responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure integration, and secure software development. Prior to their current role, Chris worked as an Identity Engineer at UberEther, Inc. specializing in Oracle and ForgeRock Identity Management Solutions. Chris also has experience as an Engineering Manager at US Information Technologies, a Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle, and a Senior Technical Manager at TUSC. Before transitioning to the private sector, Chris served in the US Army as a Computer Engineer and Architect. Overall, they have extensive experience in identity management, architecture, and development across various industries.

Chris Hunt completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Security from the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2011. Later, from 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Capella University, specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Chris also obtained several certifications including Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) from (ISC)² in April 2023. Additionally, they achieved various certifications related to ForgeRock, such as ForgeRock Identity Cloud Core Skills in June 2021, ForgeRock Access Management Accredited Consultant in October 2017, and ForgeRock Certified Access Management Specialist in November 2016. Chris was recognized on the President's List at Capella University for the Summer 2022 and Spring 2023 terms.
