Anthony Kinder is currently the GardX Claims Team Leader at DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP since March 2022, where responsibilities include guiding the GardX Claims team, delegating tasks, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members for growth and development. Prior to this role, Anthony Kinder worked as a Claims Adjuster at Planet Ice from April 2005 to December 2021, and served as Duty Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Anthony Kinder received education from Blackburn College (UK) from 2003 to 2005.
