Rupinder (Tina) Mangat is an accomplished researcher and policy analyst with extensive experience in public sector roles. Currently employed by the Government of Canada since August 2021, Rupinder conducts research and analysis. Prior to this role, Rupinder served as a policy analyst for the Government of British Columbia, focusing on digital identity within the Provincial Identity Information Management Program. Academic credentials include a PhD in Global Governance from the Balsillie School of International Affairs and a Master's degree in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University.
