Matthew MacLeod is an experienced Defence Scientist and Team Leader with a career spanning over 17 years at Defence Research and Development Canada, where roles have included Team Leader of the Health Services Operational Research Team and various positions within operational research teams for Canadian Joint Operations Command, Maritime Warfare Centre, Directorate of Air Staff, and DRDC Ottawa. Additionally, Matthew served as a Visiting Scientist at NATO STO-CMRE for a brief period in 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Communications Engineering, both obtained from Carleton University.
