Tom McGrath is an experienced leader in enterprise delivery and project management, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Delivery at Defence Health Ltd since February 2024, where the focus is on designing and implementing a new delivery framework to enhance agile capabilities and empower teams. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of Delivery at MECCA Brands from July 2018 to August 2023, overseeing transformations in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and establishing governance processes for improved delivery efficiency. Early career roles include Delivery Manager at Coles, managing operations for numerous liquor stores, and Project Manager at Tesco PLC, implementing significant technological advancements. Tom began in football coaching, holding FA Football Coaching Level 2 qualifications, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from Nottingham Trent University.
