Michael Snell is an experienced finance professional with a robust career spanning several decades in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Lending Operations Manager and Head of Loans Fulfilment & Assurance at Defence Bank since July 2015, Michael has significantly contributed to the organization. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Westpac from 1997 to 2015, including Commercial Business Manager and Senior Manager Customer Service. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in business lending operations at Westpac and self-employment as an Owner Driver from 1994 to 1997.
