Charlotte Pittevils has a diverse work experience in various roles within multiple companies. Charlotte started their career in 2007 as a Public Relations Assistant at Athene Communications. Later, they joined VFM Services Limited in the same year, where they worked as a Team Leader managing claims investigators and overseeing settlements. In 2011, they joined BGL Group as a Team Leader for contact centre advisors, and later moved up to the role of Contact Centre Manager, overseeing a large staff and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. In 2014, they became a Partnership Manager at BGL Group, where they managed day-to-day activities for a nationwide insurance account, and implemented initiatives to improve performance and brand recognition. Currently, they are working at Defaqto as a Senior Account Manager, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business challenges, and suggesting improvements to customer experiences and company processes.

Charlotte Pittevils attended Robert Manning from 1997 to 2004 for an unknown degree and field of study. Charlotte then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Leeds Beckett University from 2004 to 2007.
