Svein Eriksen is an experienced leader in the lighting and e-mobility sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President of DEFA Lighting since December 2022. Prior to this role, Svein held the position of Director of R&D and Operations Lighting at DEFA BU E-mobility & Lighting from June 2018 to March 2023, and served as President and Technical Director at DEFA Lighting from August 2005 to June 2018. Svein's career began at Thorn Lighting AS, where the role of Technical Director was held from 1983 to 2005. Svein's academic background includes studies at Østfold University College from 1981 to 1983 and attendance at Frydenberg Gymnas from 1978 to 1980.
