Dale Fisher, Ed.D., eHCLE, SPHR, serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at Deerfield Public Schools District 109 since July 2008, where responsibilities include developing the vision and goals for the Human Resources Department and overseeing the recruitment and development of a high-quality workforce. Prior to this role, Dale held positions as Principal in middle schools, where a focus on raising student achievement was paramount. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at HUMANeX Ventures and as Assistant Principal at Woodland CCSD 50 School District. Dale began an educational career as a Middle School Science/Language Arts Teacher at Whitefish Bay High School. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Loyola University Chicago and several master's degrees in related fields.
