Srijan Paul is a Software Engineer 2 at DeepSource, starting in October 2021, where expertise includes developing vulnerability scanners using compiler tooling and building language-agnostic software component analysis tools. Previous roles at DeepSource involved static analysis, compiler frontends, and internal web services, primarily utilizing Golang, TypeScript, SolidJS, gRPC, and Node. Srijan also contributed as a Software Engineering Intern by creating a JavaScript static analyzer and addressing issues related to false positives and analysis timeouts. Additional experience includes serving as a Blockchain Development Fellow at Tezos and participating as a Student Software Developer during Google Summer of Code. Srijan holds a B Tech degree in Computer Science from the Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar, completed in 2023.
