Michalis Mathioudakis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michalis began their career in 2016 as a self-employed personal tutor, providing educational support. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Eleni Geronymaki Technical offi as an Autocad services professional. In 2020, they joined Phoenix Shipping & Trading S.A. as a Technical Assistant, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they gained experience in technical operations. In 2021, Michalis worked at Argonavis Engineers Consulting as an Energy Efficiency Engineer for a brief period. Following this, they joined Propulsion Analytics in 2022 and worked as an Energy Efficiency Engineer until 2023. Currently, they are employed at DeepSea Technologies as a Vessel Performance Engineer, starting in 2023.

Michalis Mathioudakis completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Michalis pursued this degree from 2015 to 2020.
