Stefan Engl has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Stefan is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of DeepOpinion, a company that specializes in building AI bots and automating cognitive processes for text and documents. Prior to founding DeepOpinion, Stefan was a Co-Founder and Board Member at Kjero, where they oversaw product, operations, R&D, and innovation. Stefan also served as the Co-Founder and COO of Kjero, heading the headquarter office in Innsbruck. Additionally, Stefan co-founded and acted as the Chief Product Officer of Growth DNA, a growth hacking firm that later became a part of MAD - Accelerate Growth. Stefan was also actively involved in the field of AI as a Co-Founder, Board Member, and Deputy Chairman of AI Austria, a think tank and platform dedicated to advancing AI in Austria and the EU. Stefan has also contributed to the field of education as a Guest Lecturer at MCI Management Center Innsbruck. Throughout their career, they have held various leadership roles, including being a Co-Founder and CEO of both DailyHealthCoach and solito KG - a web development agency, as well as owning their own web development agency.

Stefan Engl completed their education at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®. Stefan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management, Communication & IT from 2007 to 2010. Stefan then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in the same field from 2010 to 2012. Apart from their formal education, Stefan also obtained various certifications. In 2017, they completed a course on Machine Learning from Coursera. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Sequence Models, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects, all from Coursera. Additionally, in February 2018, they completed a 2-day training on Effective Negotiation from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating.
