Brendan Jackson has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and operations roles across various industries. Starting in 2007, they served as the Director of Digital Services at Creative Alliance, where they built and managed a digital team and developed comprehensive digital strategies. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as the Director of Advertising and Digital Marketing at Allscripts, where they were responsible for driving revenue through digital marketing campaigns and managing a team. Brendan then worked as a Senior Consultant at ComBlu, leading the Digital, Analytics, and Technology consulting practice and helping clients develop content marketing and online community strategies.
In 2014, Brendan joined DialogTech as the Director of Marketing, overseeing all marketing efforts and leading a company rebrand. Brendan later became the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Patient Support at TheSocialMedwork, where they contributed to the growth and development of a social impact startup focused on healthcare.
In 2017, Brendan joined Grip as the Head of Marketing and a member of the executive management team, leading the development and execution of B2B enterprise SaaS marketing and sales strategies. Brendan successfully built a team and secured clients from some of the largest brands in the world.
In 2020, Brendan became the Vice President of Marketing at Surfly, where they developed and executed an international enterprise marketing strategy and led a team responsible for various marketing activities. Brendan then became the Principal Owner of The Second Step in 2022, providing consulting services to B2B SaaS start-ups and scale-ups.
Currently, Brendan serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Deepdesk, a position they have held since February 2023.
Brendan Jackson attended Emory University from 1994 to 1996, where they studied English. Brendan later attended the University of San Francisco from 1997 to 1998, also focusing on English.
