Vadym Shestakov, LL. M., serves as the Co-Owner of Deep3dstudio since September 2019, focusing on legal, compliance, finance, and business development. From June 2014 to May 2023, Vadym held the position of Country CEO at Dan-Farm Ukraine/DFU Agro LLC, overseeing a workforce of over 200 employees and managing a yearly turnover of EUR 10 million, notably supporting a substantial investment project for pig farm reconstruction. Prior roles include COO at Marchenko Danevych, where Vadym specialized in corporate and M&A, land and real estate, and banking and finance, and serving as Co-chair of the ICT Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. Education credentials comprise a PhD in International Law from the Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Oslo, and multiple degrees in law and international economic law from prestigious institutions.
