Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior roles include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutrióloga in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching as a Catedrático universitario at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, specializing in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
