Lorena Castilho is a Human Resources Analyst at DEEP ESG since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an intern at Thutor from February 2022 to February 2023, focusing on project management and leadership development. Lorena also served as a PIBIC research intern at Universidade Federal do Paraná from September 2021 to March 2022. In student leadership, Lorena held multiple positions at Maximiza Empresa Junior, including Vice President, Marketing Director, and Marketing Advisor, and was the Vice Coordinator of Development at Núcleo Paranaense de Estudantes de Engenharia de Produção, facilitating events for engineering students. Lorena holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Paraná and previously studied at Universidade do Vale do Paraíba, where a Técnico em administração was obtained.
