Carlos Alexandre Novak Madureira currently serves as the Head of New Ventures & Business Development at DEEP, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group from October 2020 to June 2021 and completed a Research Internship at the German Aerospace Center, where involvement centered on Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and software development in Python. Carlos also has experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Stone Pagamentos, focusing on the fintech market in Brazil and developing APIs in Python and Elixir. A summer internship at Itaú Unibanco involved analyzing the churn problem in business accounts to enhance retention strategies. Carlos holds a degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, completed in 2020.
