Jean-Baptiste DUCOS is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in industrial zone management and engineering activities in Vietnam. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at DEEP C Industrial Zones Vietnam since September 2020, Jean-Baptiste oversees engineering operations across four industrial zones, focusing on designs, land reclamation, infrastructure construction, and water/wastewater projects. Previously, as Industrial Zone Manager, responsibilities included managing the Tien Phong Industrial Zone and spearheading significant dredging and wastewater treatment projects, with budgets exceeding 100M USD. Prior experience includes project management roles at GE Renewable Energy and Eliz, where Jean-Baptiste developed business cases and co-managed production teams, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers.
