Kavita Pillai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer learning, product engagement, technical writing, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Learning Experience at Deem, Inc., Kavita has previously held roles such as Product Engagement for Strategic Accounts and Technical Writer, Trainer, and Documentation Specialist within the same company. Academic experience includes a position as Visiting Professor of English and Women’s Studies at Duke University and serving as an AP Exam Reader for ETS. Kavita also has a background in communications as the Director of Communications at Louisburg College. An academic with a PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Central Missouri, Kavita combines a robust educational foundation with practical expertise in various fields.
