Jill Gormley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Deeley Insurance Group since October 2017, Jill is an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for developing policies in employment, performance management, and employee relations. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at South Moon Under and Human Resources Manager positions at Cambridge International and Filtronic, where Jill managed HR functions for large teams and manufacturing facilities, developed safety systems, and improved employee relations and development programs. Jill began the HR journey as a Generalist at Techneglas, Inc., enhancing skills in recruitment, benefits administration, and policy interpretation. Jill holds a BS in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
